Shakshuka. Travelling in Flavours

March 23, 2020March 25, 2020 Ioana

This aroma! There are a few dishes that I will never forget as far as taste goes – and shakshuka, with its cumin warmth, chili spiciness, egg & tomato softness, and bell pepper sweetness, is one of my most beloved culinary delights. Continue reading Shakshuka. Travelling in Flavours

About Travel in Patterns

Hi, I am Ioana, and I like to travel while working remotely. Sometimes I travel for short term, sometimes I stop and live in a new city for a while, getting to know new languages and local habits.

Over the years, I have called ‘home’ several cities across Europe including Lisbon, Bilbao, Amsterdam and Milan, until I fell in love in Barcelona, where I am based now. I have a twelve-years background in architecture, practicing it and writing about it, and I like to capture nice stories, patterns and colours around me. And to live by the sea.
